About the Job

  • Develop and Implement Project Controls: Develop and implement project controls and performance management frameworks to track cost, risk, and scheduling metrics in real-time.
  • Lead Business Case Development: Lead the development of business cases and feasibility studies to support high-impact investment decisions.
  • Ensure Contract Compliance: Ensure robust contract management frameworks and adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Enhance collaboration between Engineering, Finance, Asset Management, and Project Execution teams.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria :

  • Experience: 12–15 years in portfolio management, project controls, or corporate governance in utility, infrastructure, or energy sectors.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and organizational change.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to create investment models and board-level presentations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of CAPEX lifecycle, risk frameworks, and performance metrics.
  • Digital Mindset: Familiarity with PMIS, BI tools, and digital transformation platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
