We are seeking a highly skilled Firefighting BIM Modeler to join our team at Duncan & Ross. As a key member of our digital engineering team, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed BIM models for firefighting systems using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed BIM models for firefighting systems, ensuring compliance with project standards and local fire safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate firefighting systems within the overall project model.
  • Conduct quality checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Use clash detection tools to identify and resolve conflicts within the firefighting systems and between other disciplines.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and reports related to firefighting BIM models.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in firefighting BIM modeling in the GCC region.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of firefighting systems, including sprinkler systems, fire alarms, and suppression systems.
  • Experience with clash detection and resolution in a BIM environment.
