This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious lawyer (strictly 5-10PQE) to take on a senior position, working closely with the General Counsel and executive leadership. You'll have the chance to influence key business decisions, lead negotiations on major contracts, and contribute to high-profile corporate and M&A activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including construction contracts, JV agreements, MOUs, and confidentiality agreements.
• Provide legal and regulatory advice to senior stakeholders, ensuring the business remains compliant with evolving legislation.
• Play a key role in M&A due diligence and corporate transactions, managing risk and driving strategic outcomes.
• Oversee dispute resolution and litigation matters, working closely with external counsel as needed.
• Develop and implement corporate policies and governance frameworks to enhance risk management and compliance.
• Represent the legal function in senior management meetings, ensuring legal considerations are embedded in business decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior legal team members, fostering a high-performance legal function.
