This position requires a highly experienced and versatile professional responsible for overseeing and executing advanced dental laboratory procedures.

Fabrication & Restoration:

  • Precision Fabrication: Expertly design, build, repair, and customize dental appliances, including crowns, bridges, full and partial dentures, dental implants, mouth guards, and orthodontic devices.
  • Restorative Expertise: Accurately restore or replace natural teeth by crafting high-quality prostheses using various materials.
  • Complex Restorations: Specialize in the construction of dental prostheses for implantology and maxillo-facial reconstructions.
  • Final Touches: Perform precise polishing, finishing, and adjustments to dental prostheses to ensure optimal fit, function, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Customization: Make adjustments and refinements to dental prostheses and devices based on dentist feedback, ensuring a perfect fit for patients.

Digital Workflow & Advanced Techniques:

  • CAD/CAM Expertise: Utilize CAD/CAM software for digital smile design and dental restoration design.
  • 3D Printing & Innovation: Operate 3D printing technology and other cutting-edge equipment to create accurate dental models and prosthetic devices.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all dental prostheses and appliances meet or exceed quality standards.

Laboratory Operations & Management:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee and manage laboratory supplies, ensuring adequate stock and maintenance for optimal workflow.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Dental Technology from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Dental Laboratory Technician, with a focus on advanced prosthetics and digital workflows.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and 3D printing technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of dental materials, tools, and equipment, including porcelain ovens, furnaces, and lathes.
