Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all pumps and related machinery in the facility, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Troubleshooting and Inspection: Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure timely and efficient maintenance.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in machinery maintenance, preferably in the pumps industry.
  • Skills and Certifications: Strong knowledge of pumps and related machinery, including troubleshooting and repair techniques. Professional certifications in machinery maintenance or related field would be advantageous.
  • Physical Abilities: Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various environmental conditions.
