Key ObjectivesThe successful candidate will focus on developing staff relationships, growing the staff banking portfolio, and promoting our banking products.
Main Tasks- Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, offering expert guidance and support.
- Grow the staff banking portfolio by identifying new opportunities and leveraging existing relationships.
- Create and implement helpdesk and induction programs to drive business growth.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships and generate leads.
- Meet regular performance targets and maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Develop and promote bundled solutions that meet staff needs.
- Manage targets and forecasts to ensure accurate reporting.
- Role-model organizational values and ethics.
- Prepare reports and meet quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Three years of relevant experience in the banking sector, with at least two years in similar positions.
