Key Responsibilities
  • Network Implementation and Support
    • Design and implement local area networks (LAN), wireless LAN, wide area networks (WAN), and security firewalls.
    • Provide hardware and software support for Ghobash Group customers.
  • Security and Wireless Support
    • Handle support jobs related to network, security, and wireless.
    • Conduct site surveys and meetings with customers.
  • Infrastructure Management
    • Manage and support Ghobash Group's IT infrastructure.
    • Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software replacement and support.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training for Ghobash Group staff and colleagues.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest network and security technologies and products.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or electronics.
  • Certifications
    • Fortinet NSE 4, NSE 5, and NSE 7.
    • CCNP Wireless or Cisco Meraki.
    • F5 certification (LTM/ASM Certification).
    • Palo Alto Network Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE).
  • Skills
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to produce presentations and deliver training.
