Early Childhood Education Director

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursery in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, skilled in team leadership, and committed to providing a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment for children, parents, and staff.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early childhood education setting.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local regulations and health and safety standards, developing and implementing policies, procedures, and educational programs, recruiting and training staff, conducting regular performance reviews, and promoting teamwork and staff well-being.

A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is required, along with CACHE 5 or a Master's Degree in Education.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity with UAE's education and childcare regulations, proficiency in managing budgets and operational planning, and a good attitude and interpersonal skills.
