About the Role

As a Senior Control Systems Specialist at EDGE Group PJSC, you will play a crucial role in the development of advanced weapon logic and control systems. You will lead teams of engineers to design, develop, and integrate complex systems, applying your expertise in system control, software subsystem design, and artificial intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of system engineering principles and practices, as well as extensive experience in certification/classification methodologies. They should be able to propose, obtain buy-in, and implement sound multi-disciplinary System Engineering practices related to weapon logic and control.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate complex weapon logic and control systems using system engineering principles and practices
• Collaborate with specialists from various fields to manage the acquisition of a multi-disciplinary Weapon Logic and Control (WLC) System over the full System Engineering Life Cycle
• Apply knowledge of system control, software subsystem design, and artificial intelligence to develop innovative solutions
• Ensure the generation of MBSE artefacts including their traceability and configuration management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in the control engineering domain
• Strong knowledge of system control, software subsystem design, and artificial intelligence
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
