Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery to join our team at SearchPlus HR Dubai. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our oral and maxillofacial surgery services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and treat conditions and diseases of the mouth, jaw, and face, utilizing your expertise in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
  • Surgical Procedures: Perform surgical procedures, such as dental extractions, dental implant placement, and corrective jaw surgery, with precision and care.
  • Specialized Dental Care: Provide specialized dental care, including orthognathic surgery and maxillofacial trauma treatment, to patients in need.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and provide comprehensive patient care, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Diagnostic and Prescriptive Skills: Perform dental examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications, therapies, and treatment plans as needed.
  • Pre- and Post-Operative Care: Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the treatment process.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about oral health and treatment options, promoting informed decision-making and empowerment.
  • Record Keeping and Professional Development: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in oral and maxillofacial surgery, adhering to professional and ethical standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial.
  • Residency Training: Completion of residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
  • Experience and Expertise: Proven experience and expertise in performing oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures.
  • Clinical and Diagnostic Skills: Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Detail-Oriented Mindset: Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
