We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Safety Coordinator to join our team at Emirates Logistics LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety (H&S) related matters in the facility.
- Prepare and maintain H&S checklist identified in the facility.
- Ensure all workers are wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain timeliness and discipline during break times.
You will conduct daily rounds of the facility to identify abnormalities and hazards; coordinate with supervisor for the same, both inside the facility and outside the perimeter.
In addition, you will maintain discipline and harmony in the facility in coordination with the Supervisors and the Manager. Report any indiscipline, disruptive, or dishonest conduct by workers to management.
Key Skills and Qualifications- NEBOSH / IOSH trained.
- Energetic and ready for physical activities.
- Excellent in people management and discipline handling.
- Self-disciplined in upholding the safety culture within the organization.
- Monthly Salary: AED 3500 + Live out allowance AED 850 + Food Allowance AED 206.25
- Additional benefits include: once in 2 years air ticket to home country, annual leaves, medical insurance, and company transportation.
- Pro-active and team player, dedicated to continuous improvement.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
