About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Agoda, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your product management expertise to make a significant impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define Product Roadmap: Develop and prioritize a product roadmap that aligns with the company's mission, goals, and market opportunities.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various teams, such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the product is developed, marketed, and sold successfully.
  • Manage Project Lifecycle: Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to manage the product development lifecycle and maintain efficient workflows.
  • Customer Insights: Deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and desires through user research, surveys, and direct interaction.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau) to track product performance, user engagement, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (i.e., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline)
  • 3+ years of experience in product management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English and Japanese)
  • Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
