About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mixologist to join our team at One&Only Resorts. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus that showcase our resort's unique character and style.
  • Lead a team of bartenders and provide guidance and support to ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create pairing menus and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our bars.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • WSET Level 2 certification or equivalent bar courses.
  • International experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
