Job Description

We are seeking an Arabic Communications Specialist to support our Arabic communications through various key pillars, including Arabization and translation, media and corporate communications, content creation, and training and knowledge sharing.

The successful candidate will produce high-quality translations and original Arabic content that upholds our strategic narrative and tone of voice. They will collaborate with Arabic media to enhance our engagements and support internal training initiatives promoting Arabic language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Arabic communications through various key pillars.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Arabic communications, preferably in a large-scale organization or agency with diverse industry experience.
  • Excellent Arabic and English writing skills, with Arabization and translation between English and Arabic being essential.
  • Strong understanding of the Arabic media landscape in the UAE and the region, with contacts among journalists considered an advantage.
  • Strong project management skills, adept at managing multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
  • In-depth understanding of protocols and best practices in written Arabic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, as well as interpersonal relations skills.
  • Strong ability to cultivate and sustain successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in communication and influencing techniques, capable of engaging effectively with individuals across various functions and levels within the organization.
  • Knowledge of information architecture and content management.
