About the Team:

We are a dynamic team at Medbiomate, passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and improving clinical practice. We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Resource Nurse to join our team and contribute to our mission.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a competency-based continuing education program for nurses in all specialty areas. You will assess educational needs, design programs accordingly, and evaluate their effectiveness.

You will work closely with nursing staff and other disciplines to develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs. Your expertise in adult education, curriculum development, and teaching strategies will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements educational programs
  • Evaluates program effectiveness
  • Collaborates with nursing staff and other disciplines
  • Demonstrates skill in adult education and teaching strategies
  • Engages in health promotion activities

Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 6 years of clinical experience post-qualification in a relevant healthcare setting. Positive written references are required, highlighting specific responsibilities as a clinical resource nurse.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a degree in nursing (minimum 2-year course duration) with registration as a Registered Nurse from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, or Australia. A valid national license and BLS certification are also required.
