Reformer Pilates Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Female Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team at a state-of-the-art pilates studio in Dubai, located on Bluewaters Island. The studio is equipped with Merrithew reformers, offering both individual classes and mini-groups of 6 people maximum.

The Package:

  • Basic Salary: 6,000 AED/month
  • Accommodation Allowance: 4,000 AED/month
  • Transportation Allowance: 2,000 AED/month

Benefits:

  • 30 calendar days paid vacation
  • Health and medical insurance plan
  • Commission 25% on all private/semi-private classes within 40-hour work week
  • Commission 30% on all private/semi-private classes above 40-hour work week

Requirements:

  • Reformer Pilates certified
  • Minimum 2+ years experience
  • Fluent in English & excellent communication skills
  • Russian speaking is advantageous but not essential

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Full time job, 40 hours/week, within which the instructor will give group and private classes
  • Min 20 hours of group classes/week
  • Conduct classes that are safe, effective, and engaging for clients of all levels and abilities
  • Create customized workout plans for clients based on their fitness levels, goals, and any injuries or limitations
  • Provide hands-on assistance to ensure clients are performing exercises correctly and safely
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Pilates techniques
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with other instructors to create a welcoming studio environment
