About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Lead who will be responsible for refining user stories, crafting technical requirement documents, and building solutions for Salesforce and related systems. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years of hands-on implementation of Experience Cloud and Service Cloud. Government Cloud Plus experience is preferred.

Duties:
  • Analyze business processes and business systems for inefficiencies and lead internal customers to success.
  • Facilitate recommendations for solutions or improvements and review solutions that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
