- Labor Efficiency Management: Ensure and uphold a labor efficiency rate, EHR, and production output from each department, aligning with the standards set by the Plant Manager.
- Workforce Administration: Oversee the labor force, maintaining high standards of discipline, punctuality, and performance.
- Quality Assurance: Guarantee product quality meets the benchmarks established by the Quality Control department while striving to minimize waste.
- Safety Compliance: Stay informed about safety protocols and take proactive measures to enforce safe practices, particularly concerning chemical handling, fire risks, and machinery operation.
- Hygiene and Housekeeping: Achieve and sustain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the production environment.
- Security Management: Ensure factory security and be prepared for emergency situations outside of regular working hours.
- Performance Evaluations: Conduct employee appraisals and implement disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Cost Minimization: Strive to reduce labor, energy, and material expenses while ensuring the workforce is adequately trained and skilled to fulfill the company's requirements.
- Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other tasks or projects as assigned by the Plant Director.
