- Develop a solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN configurations.
- Familiarize yourself with remote desktop support tools and techniques.
- Cultivate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Prioritize problem-solving abilities and take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage your workload to meet deadlines and service level agreements.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field is the minimum requirement for this position.
- Hold certifications such as Microsoft Administration.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar technical role.
- Possess CompTIA A+ certification.
- Maintain MSCA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) or MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) certifications.
