Job Summary:

This position is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of all indoor and outdoor masonry areas within the hotel, adhering to Dubai Municipality requirements and established standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest room masonry issues and perform preventive maintenance to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Work on assigned projects following construction work orders to maintain the hotel's high standards.
  • Submit requests for materials not available in the store to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Undertake tasks such as fixing decorative tiles, wall plastering, concrete mixing and shuttering, road paving tile fixing, silicon work, and grouting to maintain the hotel's appearance.
  • Maintain all indoor and outdoor masonry areas, ensuring proper usage of hand tools for maintenance and repairs.
  • Display cautionary signboards before starting any job to ensure guest safety.
  • Adhere to Dubai Municipality and HACCP requirements in line with 5-star hotel standards.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of masonry maintenance and repair techniques.
