About This Role

We are seeking an experienced QA QC Manager to join our team at Duncan & Ross. As a key member of our MEP department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality MEP services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans, inspection and test plans, and quality control procedures for MEP works.
  2. Verify that all MEP installations conform to project specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.
  3. Approve MEP materials, drawings, and method statements submitted by suppliers and contractors.
  4. Regularly inspect MEP installations to ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards.
  5. Oversee all MEP testing and commissioning activities, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • No less than five years of experience in MEP QA/QC.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ensuring high-quality MEP installations.
  • In-depth understanding of industry standards and local building codes.
