Job Overview:

The Senior MEP Site Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the execution of MEP works on site, ensuring that they are carried out according to design specifications and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination with site teams to deliver MEP works as per design requirements.
  • Supervision of subcontractors to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Progress monitoring and issue resolution to maintain project schedule.
  • Verification of MEP installations against safety and quality standards.
  • Review of technical documents, materials, and submittals related to MEP systems.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP site coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems is essential.
