Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, accounts payable, and personnel expenses transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Supplier Management: Collaborate with procurement teams to manage suppliers efficiently and effectively.
- Invoice Processing: Register information into the administration system for new suppliers and updates of existing suppliers' information.
- Scanning and Registration: Process all incoming supplier invoices, perform necessary checks, and obtain approvals through electronic workflow.
- Payment Processing: Prepare regular remittance proposals for approved supplier invoices and make payments for periodical payments.
- Account Reconciliation: Ensure supplier control, including reconciliation with suppliers' statements and AP aging analysis.
- Reporting and Communication: Submit regular reports and communicate with suppliers/service providers on invoice and payment status.
- Archiving: Store needed data/information in required network folders for easy reference and retrieval.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor's degree and/or professional qualification in accounting/business administration/finance.
- 0-1 years' work experience in construction industry or shared services (advantageous).
- Knowledge of accounting standards is required.
A small team environment making cooperation essential to the job.
