The Certificate Compliance Manager will oversee and manage the process of obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for the metro rail project during the Design & Build (D&B) phase.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and clearances.
  • Prepare and submit NOC applications, ensuring all documentation and information are provided.
  • Monitor the status of NOC applications and follow up with authorities to expedite approval.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Professional certifications related to project management or regulatory compliance are highly desirable.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in obtaining and managing NOCs, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to NOCs.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
