The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, with experience in financial management, treasury operations, compliance, auditing, tax responsibilities, and accounting system optimization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile general ledger accounts, and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to management.
  • Prepare and file VAT returns, ensuring compliance with local tax laws, maintaining proper documentation, and managing any tax-related queries.
  • Process monthly payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, overtime, bonuses, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, process vendor invoices, handle expense reimbursements, and oversee client billing and collections.
  • Reconcile bank transactions, monitor cash flow, and prepare periodic cash flow forecasts to support financial planning.
  • Assist in audits by preparing necessary financial reports, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and liaising with auditors.
  • Support budgeting and financial analysis, providing insights to improve cost efficiency and financial decision-making.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of financial transactions for compliance and internal control purposes.
