We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor for Property Matters to join our team at DarGlobal. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide expert legal advice on real estate development, construction contracts, joint ventures, land acquisition, zoning regulations, and regulatory compliance.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level full-time position within our legal department, reporting directly to the Head of Legal. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and legal professionals to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks in our real estate operations.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal advice on a variety of legal matters related to real estate development, including construction contracts, joint ventures, land acquisition, zoning regulations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential legal risks across the development lifecycle and provide recommendations for mitigating those risks.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of the UAE's legal framework, particularly in real estate, property law, and regulatory compliance. A minimum 7-10 years of experience in real estate law, ideally within the UAE or GCC region, with a focus on real estate development, construction law, and contract law is required.
