Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Oversight: Supervise production activities to ensure efficiency and timely completion of orders.

  • Worker Performance: Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their performance to meet quality standards.

  • Schedule Management: Review production schedules, prioritize tasks, and manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Bottleneck Resolution: Identify bottlenecks in the production process and implement solutions.

Quality Assurance:

  • Quality Standards: Ensure all production activities adhere to ENG's quality standards.

  • Inspection and Correction: Conduct inspections at different stages of production to identify defects or issues.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Quality Control team to maintain product excellence.

Team Supervision and Coordination:

  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage factory staff to foster a productive work environment.

  • Communication: Conduct daily briefings to communicate production targets and any updates.

  • Training: Train workers on best practices, machine operations, and safety guidelines.

  • Grievance Handling: Handle worker grievances and escalate issues to the Production Manager when necessary.

Maintenance and Safety:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.

  • Health and Safety: Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations across the factory.

  • Safety Inspections: Conduct routine safety inspections and report any hazards or violations.

Resource Management:

  • Material Optimization: Monitor the use of raw materials and minimize waste.

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of materials.

  • Procurement Support: Collaborate with the procurement team to source materials as required.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Production Reporting: Prepare daily production reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of machine maintenance, worker attendance, and production output.

  • Performance Updates: Provide regular updates to the Production Manager on factory performance.
