  • Provide emergency treatment for heat stroke, shock, burns, epilepsy, and other medical conditions, referring serious cases to hospital as necessary.
  • Administer CPR, as required, and maintain accurate records of medical interventions.
  • Offer medical advice and guidance to personnel, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
  • Maintain the site and camp clinic, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Conduct regular health surveys of personnel to identify potential health risks, such as malaria, eye disease, and influenza.
  • Develop and implement health awareness programs, including lectures on personal hygiene, heat stroke, dehydration, and viral infections.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of medical emergency preparedness through regular drills and exercises.
  • Ensure First Aid Boxes are replenished and maintained at all workstations, as assigned.
  • Collaborate closely with the HSE Manager to initiate injury reports and ensure compliance with company SOPs.

Requirements:

  • Active nursing license and certification (DHA) and MOH registration.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to handle large-scale medical operations, with a minimum capacity of 4000 workers.
