The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles, with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-qualification in an appropriate setting. A bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent is required, along with basic life support certification (BLS). Advanced certifications like ACLS and PALS are desirable but not essential.
