As a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute global marketing strategies for our flagship expos – Forex Expo, Money Expo, and Crypto Expo. Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day planning and execution of industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Collaborate across departments to contribute to meeting design, agenda development, brand building, event communications, and marketing.
  • Partner with the project head to develop strategies leveraging existing content and access to industry communities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal briefing documents for specified events and conferences.
  • Design, document, and execute innovative multichannel marketing programs for HQMENA trade shows.
  • Responsible for effective provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of event systems.
  • Oversight of event marketing budgets and vendor management.
  • Provide ongoing marketing support and material development for all event initiatives.
  • Evaluate ROI for all events.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in marketing, mandatory experience in event and exhibition management.
  • Working experience in a marketing/corporate events role.
  • Detail-oriented, team-oriented, multi-tasking professional.
  • Proficient in CRM.
  • Bachelor's degree required; marketing concentration preferred.
  • Project management and contract negotiation skills are essential.
  • Ability to think creatively and work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
