Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional FP&A Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Regional Finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Regional Head of FP&A in driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Analyse financial and operational data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and business planning.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand business drivers and financial impacts.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related function.
  • English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
