We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and drive retail growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client accounts, creating business plans, leading negotiations, and establishing partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, monitor, and manage a portfolio of clients' accounts in accordance with the strategy of Sheglam and retailers.
  2. Create an annual business plan/trade marketing plan taking into account levers of growth to achieve brand results (sell-out, market share, ranking) and profitability.
  3. Lead or participate in negotiations with clients on key launches, space, location, and stock. Establish and develop strong relationships with trade marketing.
  4. Cooperate with central Trade Marketing and Retail education to establish and implement plans including trade marketing/animation/merchandising/training. Follow up return-on-investment of actions and animations.
  5. Drive performance of their accounts (P&L). Manage stock agreements with trade partners. Monitor contracts/invoices associated with the brand.
  6. Orchestrate and coach all account interlocutors. Engage with retail teams to deliver trade plans. Coordinate with other internal departments on retailer/client activity (sales, supply chain, marketing, customer service, education, merchandising, legal department).

Qualifications:

  1. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  2. Excellent communication skills with both written and verbal.
  3. The ability to generate ideas.
  4. The ability to work effectively to deadlines.
  5. Motivated and high ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. At least 3-5 years retail and account management working experience of beauty in designated market.
  7. Solid network and client relationship.
  8. Fluent in Arabic or Chinese is preferred.
