Job Summary:

As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks on construction sites, including digging trenches, loading and unloading materials, and operating construction equipment under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Basic Tasks: Assist skilled construction workers in their daily tasks and perform general construction labor as needed.
  • Ensure Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and regulations on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Setup and Clean-up: Help with the setup and clean-up of construction sites and ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
  • Teamwork: Work as part of a team to complete construction projects within deadlines and budget constraints.

Requirements:

  • Work Experience: Two years work experience required, but prior experience in construction or a related field is a plus.
  • Physical Fitness: Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to understand and follow instructions from supervisors and work independently when required.
  • Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, good communication skills, and ability to work well in a team.
