  • Monitor and Track HSE Performance: Monitor and track HSE performance indicators, compile statistical data, and prepare reports for management review and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate HSE Training Programs: Assist in the coordination of HSE training programs, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns to promote a culture of safety among employees and contractors.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Authorities: Collaborate with regulatory authorities, industry organizations, and stakeholders to stay abreast of new regulations, standards, and best practices in HSE management.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Support the HSE Manager in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HSE performance, efficiency, and effectiveness across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in health, safety, and environmental management within the oil and gas industry.
  • ADNOC HSE approval is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of ADNOC regulations, standards, and requirements.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and HSE management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, OHSAS).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HSE management software.
