The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work closely with clients to ensure smooth operation of AV systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and commissioning AV systems, including video conferencing solutions, digital signage, control systems, and professional audio/video equipment. They will also provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for AV solutions to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and commission AV systems, including video conferencing solutions, digital signage, control systems, video walls, and professional audio/video equipment.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for AV solutions to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Client Training: Conduct training sessions for clients on system operation and best practices.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related AV issues in a timely manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed reports on installations, service calls, and technical issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, sales, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Upgrades & Enhancements: Recommend and implement upgrades or modifications to improve system efficiency and performance.

This is a full-time position based in Dubai, UAE, requiring 2-5 years of experience in AV post-sales support, installation, and maintenance. Strong knowledge of AV technologies is essential, including video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, and audio solutions.
