We are seeking a dedicated procurement executive who is well-versed in market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and efficient procurement methodologies. This is a full-time role based in the UAE.

Candidate Profile:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement within the automotive sector in the UAE.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPP, or CPPM are highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with warranty and guarantee protocols.
  • Understanding of Quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements related to material management.
  • Knowledge of import and export regulations applicable in the UAE and other relevant jurisdictions.
  • Proficient in utilizing inventory management systems for warehouse operations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of key business functions, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Immediate availability is a plus.
  • Capability to lead teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • A positive and proactive approach to challenges.
