About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Cost Manager to join our team at Nassau County. As a key member of our construction department, you will be responsible for managing project costs from inception to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets and ensure that all costs are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Prepare and review cost estimates, tenders, and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to discuss project costs and progress.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce project expenses.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the Middle East.
  • Extensive experience in cost estimation, project whole life cycle costing, and Net Present Value (NPV) calculations.
  • Experience working in a consultancy firm and handling Healthcare or Hospital projects.
