Job Summary

ASIA Prime General Contracting Co. LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the budget and costs of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Budgeting and Cost Control
  • Prepare and review job budget sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate potential cost risks and opportunities.
Construction Site Management
  • Oversee the management of construction sites, ensuring that they are safe and secure.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor and report on site progress and performance.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare regular reports on project costs, progress, and performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations to management on cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering degree.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in construction project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Candy and Plan Swift software.
  • Excellent command of English language (speaking and writing).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
