Policy Compliance
- Ensure the organization's policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls are in line with group delegation of authority policy to ensure compliance with relevant procedural/legislative requirements.
Reporting and Communication
- Prepare timely reports that meet business policies and standards.
- Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to inform senior management about initiative progress and facilitate decision-making.
Job Specific Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Chief Officer's calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
- Organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Screen, prioritize, and handle incoming correspondence, emails, and calls.
- Draft, edit, and review official communications on behalf of the Chief Officer.
- Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
- Support event planning and execution within the department.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items.
- Assist with special projects, research, and data collection as assigned.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
