The jobholder assists the Senior Quality Manager in reviewing and improving existing work procedures to meet quality standards. S/he ensures that all quality forms are standardized and used properly by concerned staff.
We have a team of Quality Controllers, Secretaries, and Quality Clerks who assist the jobholder in preparing flowcharts, quality manuals, and logs of all quality activities. While supervising and monitoring their performance, they ensure that all documentation affecting the quality system or product quality is properly controlled and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Department Heads to prepare and improve departmental work procedures in all ISO-certified areas.
- Conduct internal quality audits to determine procedure effectiveness, raise non-conformance reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Conduct quality audits of suppliers and provide audit reports. Review and recommend improvements in work procedures and the Quality Manual.
- Carry out QMS Performance Measurement and produce statistical analysis.
- Conduct spot inspections of departments and provide assessment reports with recommendations.
- Assist the Senior Quality Manager/Quality Specialist in special projects or events as required.
- Design and conduct quality training sessions for all staff in coordination with the Senior Quality Manager/Quality Specialist and the Training Department.
- Guide the team of Quality Officers and Quality Controllers by reviewing their daily reports and performance.
- Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established by ISO 9001:2000 international standards and execute responsibilities according to departmental work procedures while reflecting EKFC's Quality Policy.
Requirements:
A level qualification or equivalent. Certification in Quality Management System is preferred.
Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in an ISO-regulated environment. Should have completed necessary operational training at an advanced level.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Capable of coordinating with different levels of management and personnel.
