We aim to become the leading provider of drone shows, and we need a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to help us achieve this goal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales and business development locally and internationally, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring sustained business growth and success.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives and industry trends to drive sales growth and increase market share in assigned markets and regions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the entertainment industry, utilizing industry connections and market insights.
  • Monitor and optimize client performance through a data-driven approach, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Create and take ownership of accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations tailored to various stakeholders.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the entertainment, drone shows, events, or hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven experience working within the GCC, with an established client network.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 40% of the time.
