Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will combine technical expertise and industry knowledge to lead teams, oversee maintenance, ensure operational efficiency, and drive productivity while upholding safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, advise, and oversee preventive, scheduled, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery to ensure 24/7 operational efficiency, smooth production, and adherence to safety procedures.
  2. Manage projects and oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring timely completion, safety compliance, and operational readiness.
  3. Ensure availability of critical spare parts and consumables to support 24/7 plant operations and uninterrupted production.
  4. Lead the Electronic and Central Rewinding cells, ensuring maintenance standards, procurement of testing instruments, and availability of necessary spares.
  5. Develop and optimize electrical systems to enhance productivity, ensure ROI, and drive cost-saving projects by leveraging the latest power plant technologies.

Requirements:

  • Engineering Graduate (Electrical & Electronics) with a minimum of 15 years experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electromechanical equipment used in ceramics tiles manufacturing.
  • Proficient in PLC and ladder programming.
  • Skills in using AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of electronic cards and component repair.
  • Leadership skills, managing a team of at least 20 employees.
