We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Transguard Group Dubai. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and ensure that all campaigns are completed for each job card opened, adhering to QMA guidelines for repair quality.
- Perform a final physical check of the vehicle before contacting the customer to confirm that the vehicle is ready for pickup.
- Hand over the vehicle personally to the customer, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.
- Ensure that all work quality meets the highest standards, following QMA procedures and guidelines.
- Work flexible hours depending on the workload, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.
- Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction and retention at all times, handling customer complaints and ensuring corrective action is taken.
- Ensure that FRU Nos. as per KSD system are mentioned on all open job cards, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advise customers on the cost of repairs before accepting the vehicle and take approval in writing for any additional repairs, maintaining transparency and professionalism.
- Attach all relevant documents to the job card, including key reader printouts, technical campaign details, book-in sheets, customer notes, and more.
- Ensure the mobility of customers after finalizing the service advice process, guaranteeing a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Properly follow up with the workshop to ensure repairs are completed and deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Advise customers on the progress of vehicle repairs, maintaining open communication and transparency.
- Ensure that pricing, details of repairs, and all safety-related information are mentioned on the invoice and are correct before handing over and explaining to the customer.
- Prepare for appointment customers for the following day with APAS/ISPA printouts, demonstrating organization and attention to detail.
- Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Carry out service reception at the car for all Service bookings, ensuring a thorough and professional experience.
- Check the vehicle for any damages and mention all scratches, dents, etc. on the booking-in sheet/job card before accepting it, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Open job cards as per service requirement plus additional requested work by the customer plus work identified during service reception at the car with the customer's approval.
- Record all customer details and ensure that all details entered in the computer system are correct, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in an automotive service advisor role.
- Strong knowledge of QMA guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing workload.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
