Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HSE Officer to lead our Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives for construction projects in Dubai. This key role requires over 10 years of experience in managing HSE programs within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an effective HSE management system aligned with local regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to identify potential hazards.
  • Perform comprehensive risk assessments for construction activities to ensure compliance.
  • Provide training on safe work practices and emergency procedures to all workers.
  • Design and deliver HSE training programs and workshops to promote a culture of safety.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
  • Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain records of all HSE activities.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Coordinate with local emergency services and authorities to ensure effective emergency response capabilities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HSE management within the construction sector.
