Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Offering Manager to join our Energy Transition, Digital and Services (ETDS) organization in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and commercializing offerings that align with our Profit Plan (PP) commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Strategy
    • Conduct market research to evaluate potential market segments and make informed offering development decisions.
    • Identify and prioritize market opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Offering Development and Commercialization
    • Work with product line managers to define the offering roadmap and lead the offering development process.
    • Develop and execute a commercialization strategy to ensure profitable growth.
  • Stakeholder Management and Partnerships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, customer success managers, and finance teams.
    • Develop and execute partnership strategies to address offering and go-to-market gaps.
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve offering performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in product/offering management, with a focus on energy transition and sustainability.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven expertise in offering lifecycle management and commercialization.
    • Strong understanding of energy transition and sustainability domains, including EU/Country level regulations.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
