Rtc Employment Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Officer to join our team. As an HSE Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement HSE Policies: Assist in the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Provide Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE procedures and best practices.
- Investigate Incidents: Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of HSE incidents, near-misses, and training.
- Collaborate with Management: Collaborate with management to ensure HSE policies and procedures are integrated into business operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HSE laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
