About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join our Corporate Services team, where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client entities and processing payroll activities accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client entities in various jurisdictions, including DIFC, ADGM, Freezone, and Mainland.
  • Process payroll for employees on a monthly basis, calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
  • Maintain and update company and employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in salary and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with all jurisdiction-based, federal or local regulations and internal requirements with regard to onboarding and periodic reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Services, administrative management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
