About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Faade Engineer to join our team at WSP in the Middle East. As a Faade Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the design and construction of exterior building envelopes meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and develop façade systems that meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of façade engineering services.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and colleagues, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of relevant experience in façade engineering or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong Understanding: Of façade systems, materials, and technologies.
    • Proficiency: In engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, etc.).
    • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex façade engineering problems and develop effective solutions.
    • Effective Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Language: Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
