The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems. They will stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Gather user experience design requirements across all digital touchpoints, leveraging user research, analytics, and feedback.
  2. Collaborate with the product team to define and prioritize user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  3. Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and business objectives.
  4. Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  5. Buid and maintain scalable design systems and style guides to ensure brand and design consistency.
  6. Continuously test and refine design elements. Leverage insights and feedback to drive ongoing improvements to the digital experience.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
  8. Provide expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to guide design decisions while advocating for user-centered design principles across the organization.
