AtkinsRéalis seeks a highly experienced and skilled individual to join their Abu Dhabi, UAE office as a Senior Road Infrastructure Manager. This key role involves overseeing the planning, design, and construction of road grading projects in the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that road surfaces are correctly graded to promote efficient drainage and prepare the foundation for subsequent layers of road construction. They will work closely with construction teams, surveyors, and project managers to deliver high-quality road infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles, road construction techniques, and soil mechanics. They should also possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed grading plans and specifications based on engineering principles and project requirements.
  • Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather data for designing road grades and alignments.
  • Supervise and monitor grading operations to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in road construction, with a focus on grading operations.
  • Proven experience in supervising and managing road grading projects in Abu Dhabi.
  • Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
